About Thom Hochard - Provincetown Real Estate

Thom Hochard moved to Provincetown 15 years ago from Fairfield County, Connecticut. He and his husband opened up New Leaf, a green landscaping company serving Provincetown and Truro.

Thom's other passion is Real Estate and upon obtaining his license became a realtor and then broker for his own agency, Thom Hochard Real Estate. After several years he decided to take his experience and love for Cape Cod and real estate and open up his own agency. Thom enjoys searching for the property that is just right for his clients and has successfully built a diverse clientele.
